The room:
Space: 15 square metres with high to the ceiling. Big south facing window with view to a small park and the National Music Conservatory. A quiet but central location.

The apartment includes:
Shared bathroom with sink, toilet, washing machine and shower.
Kitchen is fitted with the most common utensils, among other things a gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Shared balcony of 1,5x3 meters overlooking quiet courtyard.
Shared entrance hall with shoes and coat storage.
WiFi and electricity included in rent.
Central to both city center (15 minutes by foot to Rådhuspladsen, the town hall square) and plenty of cafes, take-aways and supermarkets (4 within 2-300 meters).
Very peaceful and easygoing neighborhood, yet close to several bus lines and Forum Metro, one stop from the most central station (Nørreport) and about 20 minutes subway ride to CPH Airport. Heated basement for bicycle parking and a big, green courtyard.

The apartment is shared with a two male inhabitants (ages 19 and 30, Danish student and Estonian full-time clerk, respectively) and Sofus the Cat (currently unemployed, cuddly and always hungry). We are keeping to ourselves, being rather flexible and respectful of eachother. Usually we are out for school and work most of the day, so it’s a perfect place for studying. Neither of us smoke.

We would appreciate a single man between 20-30. as our new room mate.
